Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and assist with store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
