Job Description
Join Aldi as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Collaborate with the Aldi team to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for all customers. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week at starting wage of $16.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Report product feedback, inventory discrepancies, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and data confidentiality.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
- Capable of meeting physical demands of stocking and cleaning.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
