Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the dedicated team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for all customers.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and report any issues to management
  • Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
  • Follow established company policies and maintain document security
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment
  • Work independently and within a team environment
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
