Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as required for the role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain clean store conditions, and neatly stock shelves.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and communicating effectively with team members and management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to enhance store performance.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash procedures to minimize losses and comply with company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
- Capable of meeting physical demands of the job.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
