Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized appearance while providing exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products, maintain neat displays, and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and store management to uphold company standards and provide feedback on products and inventory.
• Operate a cash register, equipment like hand jacks and floor scrubbers, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred, along with the capability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages as per state and local laws.
