Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies for the role.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational matters.
  • Participate in inventory management and uphold cash handling policies.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in customer service and cash register operations.
  • Ability to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
