Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
  • Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service
  • Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Participate in inventory management tasks
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Prior retail experience preferred
