Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and ensure merchandise displays are appealing.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to enhance store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience as a bonus.
