Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a key part in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, and supporting the overall operations of the store.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and neatly stock shelves and displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

  • 18 years or older with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and follow company policies.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
