Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide feedback to management on product issues and inventory accuracy.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
