Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, report issues, and participate in inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies, cash handling procedures, and ensure store security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
