Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with team members, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
  • Assist customers and communicate effectively with the team and management
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
  • Follow company procedures and maintain document confidentiality
  • Perform physical tasks such as stocking and lifting products

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years
  • Proficiency in customer service and cash register operation
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Retail experience is advantageous
