Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers in their retail experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Follow company policies and procedures with attention to detail

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience preferred
