We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing purchases, stocking shelves, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Your contributions will help enhance the shopping experience for our customers and ensure the success of our team.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures to prevent losses.
  • Comply with company policies while upholding security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Stay organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
