Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers by maintaining stocked shelves, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall cleanliness and organization of the store.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and process customer purchases
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures
  • Perform general cleaning duties and maintain store standards

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Prior retail experience preferred
  • Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
