Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized shopping environment. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members, you will contribute to an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Communicate clearly with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
• Ability to perform general cleaning tasks to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work in a team environment.
• High attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills.
