Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including stocking shelves, assisting customers, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional customer shopping experience by working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accurate monitoring of inventory.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficiently and accurately operate a cash register.
  • Operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
  • A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
