Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and well-organized. You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills while processing customer purchases, stocking shelves, and maintaining merchandise displays.
• Enhance customer experience by offering excellent service and assisting shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related issues.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and ensure store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver courteous customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Skilled in using store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
