Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our store, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional customer experience by providing outstanding service, maintaining product displays, and executing cashiering duties.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain displays.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts following guidelines and ensure accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash-handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of meeting physical demands of the role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail experience is a plus.
