Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, operating a cash register efficiently, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including upholding security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
