Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a valued team member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain product presentation
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assistance during the shopping experience
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Assist in inventory management, cash handling, and complying with company policies
  • Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store cleanliness
  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
