Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service, merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Help with inventory management and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
• Prioritize safety and follow company policies and procedures

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
