Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the store's appearance, stocking products, assisting customers, and ensuring a top-notch shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
  • Stock shelves and organize merchandise displays.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks to ensure a hygienic store environment.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
