Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Collaborating with the ALDI team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTs Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and issues to management.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
- Follow company policies, uphold document security, and perform assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous service.
- Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Perform cleaning duties to company standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Stay organized, detail-oriented, and multi-task efficiently.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience will be considered.
