Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Assist in store inventory counts and monitoring inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Comply with company policies and procedures while maintaining security and confidentiality
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
