Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance through stocking and cleaning activities. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain clean and organized merchandise displays.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
  • Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Contribute to inventory management and take part in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security measures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to apply.
  • Demonstrate prompt and courteous customer service skills.
  • Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
  • Ability to follow company guidelines on equipment operation and cleaning standards.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
