Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. This full-time position offers a starting wage of $19.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment by stocking shelves, merchandising products, and cashiering.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts, monitor stock levels, and provide feedback on product quality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrated ability to operate a cash register and maintain equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
