Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to ALDI's M.A.P. as outlined for the role.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, organize shelves, and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues.
  • Participate in store inventory activities and uphold cash policies.
  • Follow company policies, ensure security and confidentiality, and perform assigned tasks.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Stay organized, detail-oriented, follow instructions, and multitask effectively.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
  • A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
