Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of the store team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a superior shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain company standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
