Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the dynamic team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, merchandising and stocking products, operating a cash register efficiently, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience, providing exceptional service.
  • Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
  • Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain store security.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
