Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and collaborating with team members to ensure an outstanding shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. competencies and professional skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain tidy merchandise displays.
• Offer prompt and courteous customer service, assisting shoppers as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory management, including monitoring accuracy and taking counts.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Proficiency in cash register operations and equipment handling.
• Ability to follow company policies, maintain cleanliness, and multitask efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to tasks.
• Prior retail experience preferred but not required.
