Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time Store Associate, your responsibilities will include enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets and Competencies in daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous service.
  • Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
  • Capable of following cleaning standards and company policies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
