Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform various duties such as stocking shelves, organizing displays, and processing customer purchases.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with store management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, follow cash handling procedures, and uphold company policies and security measures.
• Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform cleaning tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
