Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking product, providing exceptional customer service, and helping to maintain a clean and organized store environment. This role offers a Full-Time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) at all times.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Operate a cash register efficiently and safely handle equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
