Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves and merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to apply.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Capability to work independently and within a team environment.
