Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join ALDI's team. As a vital member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Operate cash registers and equipment efficiently and accurately.
