Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a critical member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a superior shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Perform duties following ALDI's M.A.P. guidelines.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.
  • Follow security and confidentiality protocols.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service.
  • Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
  • Execute general cleaning duties according to standards.
  • Understand and apply company policies and procedures.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
  • Educational background or relevant experience.
