Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean and organized store, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the Aldi team. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
  • Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience preferred
