Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Enhance customer shopping experience through exceptional service and teamwork.
• Stock shelves, perform cashier duties, and maintain a well-organized store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
