Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to uphold company standards and deliver outstanding customer service.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate M.A.P. behaviors outlined for the role.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
  • Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring data security.
  • Conduct physical stocking and merchandising tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years
  • Customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Retail experience or equivalent knowledge desirable.
