Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and effective merchandising. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support a collaborative team environment.
• Offer feedback to management on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and equipment like hand jacks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
• High school diploma preferred with retail work experience as a bonus.
