Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a critical part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean shopping environment to ensure a superior customer experience.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate efficiently with management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on product issues.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and ensure store security.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
