Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the store's operations by merchandising products, handling cashier duties, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to provide customers with a pleasant shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and report to store management
• Monitor inventory and participate in store counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Basic math skills and ability to lift up to 45 pounds

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Ability to work in a team environment
