Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers and enhancing their shopping experience.
  • Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain store cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
  • Operate equipment efficiently and follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and follow instructions.
