Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a crucial member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain neat displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
