Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the merchandising and stocking of products to uphold store standards.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient operation.
• Contribute to inventory management and participate in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in the US.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
