Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively with management.
  • Offer feedback on products, inventory, and cashiering operations.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent customer service and cashiering skills.
  • Ability to operate store equipment and maintain cleanliness.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Meet all state and local requirements.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail experience is a plus.
