Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and ensure merchandise displays are neat and organized.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures to uphold security standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Ability to offer prompt and friendly customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Meet state and local requirements for selling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
