Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $19.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Take store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
• Perform general cleaning duties and ensure the store's cleanliness.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stock merchandise, lift up to 45 pounds, and perform various tasks around the store.
• Required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service.
• Skilled in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
