Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. In addition to merchandising, stocking, and cashiering duties, you will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and maintain the store's appearance.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management
- Participate in inventory management and store cleanliness
- Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
- Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Retail experience is a plus
